We ship within Australia and to New Zealand and USA only

DivaShade cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once an order has been picked and shipped from the warehouse, we are unable to modify or change items or details
Due to COVID-19 our current shipping times may be longer than expected
What is the return policy?
We are happy to refund anyone who is not satisfied with our product. Please click on the link below for more information on our return policy for further details.
Please Note - Photo evidence will need to be provided when notifying us of unforeseen fault or breakages.
I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email admin@divashade.com to ensure you provided the correct email address during checkout and a team member will assist you in resolving the issue.
What currency is used?
All orders are processed in AUD
My order status is 'UNFULFILLED', What does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
